Sunlight

The poinsettia is still happy, thankfully.
Grandson#1 and his gorgeous girlfriend popped round last night with fish and chip suppers for us all and a Christmas gift as I'd not managed to see them previously. What a treat.  So wonderful to see them and catch up with their news.
Today a friend dropped in with a treat as she'd been food shopping! I will certainly need to stop having treats after the 1 January! Indulged far too much and not getting much exercise, although I have been out doing my 'walks' - short and often.
We had sunshine for part of the day and the odd sharp shower; but it was lovely to see shadows!
Watching Phantom on the TV - I'd forgotten how good and how dramatic it was......
