Friday

I wrote Friday as my title today so I know what day of the week it is. :) 

I've had troublesome broadband for a couple of months now & had my 4th engineer visit today to try to sort it out. I still have a landline and that hasn't worked since Oct either.

She - Lucy - was great! My outdoor box for the cables by the house is too low down - other engineers have told me this. She decided to fix it by removing the cables, putting them in a very watertight little box which she attached with a cable. All is well, fast broadband & the landline works. Thanks to engineer Lucy!
