Looking up

Even spied some blue overhead on this afternoon’s walk through the park and round the loop line, stopping off with some friends for a leisurely brew.

Visit to J this morning, who seemed pretty relaxed after his move from hospital to nursing home. The staff made me feel very welcome, and I spent more than an hour sat in the spacious conservatory with a cup
of tea. Hopefully he continues to feel comfortable and settled there. It’s a little further from home (though still less than 20 mins drive) so it’s going to take a little while to find my routine again.
