Fast legs

Not me (although I did run) but son J. R didn't t run as is unfortunately injured ATM  but J and I both 'enjoyed' or maybe 'endured' this trail race. 10.5km and 230 m elevation around beautiful Rathfinny vineyard. The elevation combined with gale force winds certainly made it challenging! J came 3rd..... :)).
A chilled afternoon with J, playing a game then we popped out to the Tiger for an early dinner.
