another day

Today's photo was taken as I walked through the local park on my way to Asda for a few essentials. I am teaching Maddy (my niece) how to make 'Aunty Merril's Vegetarian Lasagne' at the moment which Gareth (bro) will help us eat once it's cooked. It's in the oven now. 

A good catch up audio call this afternoon with Bev and Nigel, and more or less all day chatting on WhatsApp with my Sisters-In-Stress pooch parents of three of the other dogs traveling with Rufus and Harry.  At the time of writing today's entry, it is 24 hours since we have heard anything regarding their whereabouts in Europe.
