Book nook

Today it was too rainy to enjoy much of a lunchtime walk, but D informed me that the second hand book shop was having its last open day before the Christmas break. 

I tried to be well behaved. I thought I could maybe just *look* at the books without having to buy any. And then Uprooted by Naomi Novik leapt out at me and I simply had to take it home.
