Rearranging

The Swan Island ship repair activities are easy to watch when you walk along the railroad after taking the Waud Trail down to river level. Here, they seem to have installed this ship in a dry dock, then pulled the dry dock out into the river either to turn it around or to move it to a different spot; we'll find out when we walk down there again tomorrow.
