On days like this I really miss my mum. I wish I could help my Dad and get him back to how he was before he broke his hip.

He's fallen again. The carers are with him, so are paramedics. I feel totally useless as I'm home with my sleeping children whilst Mr S is at work. It's his head and shoulder this time. I hope he hasn't hurt his hip again. He really does need to be in a care home. I can't be there for him as much as he needs me and the guilt is eating away at me. Parents are such a worry.
