Lying on the sofa eating a turkey sandwich (my first turkey of the season incidentally), and watching Greys ‘s Anatomy - it must be somewhere between Christmas and New Year.

I’ve done something to my back so I have an excuse. I can walk, I can sit and I can lie but I can’t transition from one to the other without a lot of swearing. I think I need attention from Dr Derek Shepherd.
