Look no hands!

I don't think you always notice certain parts of Eva's development when it's just me and her a lot of the time, but today at Rhythm Time, surrounded by other babies, it was clear just how well she is doing against things like sitting up and holding her head so well. She can't completely sit unaided, but there was a 5 month old little baby at Rhythm Time today that was lay down on a blanket, then there was Eva, 18 weeks old, practically sitting up, looking all around, holding her head up, holding the musical instruments and the drumsticks, so it was great to see how well she's doing. Not that it matters, just saying. Yet again, she had a fab time at Rhythm Time, she loves it!

Went for lunch and a catch up over at Morton's after with Jenny and Eva 1.

Eva had a feed and a sleep when we got back then we spent more time playing on the mat and singing songs, and Nanny and Grandad Nash arrived just in time to see Eva in her jumperoo.

Nanny then came upstairs while I bathed Eva while Mike caught up with his Dad downstairs. It was lovely for her Nan to see her having her bath and getting ready for bed. I brought her downstairs then briefly, smelling all gorgeous, to say goodnight to everybody.

She was a little unsettled at bedtime tonight, so Mike went up to her and got some burpys up, so she obviously still had a little bit of wind, then I fed her some more and she was soon spark out by about 8.15pm.

Jake took today's pic showing how well she can sit if she's balanced in the right way :-)
