Grim Weather

It really felt as though it has been dark all day, complete with rain and blustery conditions. 

Matthew called by and I joined him and Mara for a very wet dog walk in Dalby. Good to spend some 1:1 time with him stopping off for a coffee at the visitor centre before returning home.

I did get out for a short run in the afternoon but it was almost like running in the dark.
