Not all bad

A very unpleasant drive home from Dawlish, courtesy of Storm Gerrit, in torrential rain, gale force winds, not forgetting vast amounts of spray created by other vehicles. Luckily there were no incidents to cause delays unlike the Northbound carriageway of the M5 and A38 which  was jammed up at times. By late afternoon the rain had stopped and a brief glimpse of the sun  illuminated trees on the far side of the village. A temporary respite, I presume.
