‘Weather with you’

Wide Wednesday challenge
‘ Weather with you’.
Well guess what, it’s raining!
Weren’t we lucky yesterday to have a fine and mainly sunny day.

This is what greeted me when I opened the curtains. What a truly miserable day.
It has hardly become daylight.
It is quite mild for the time of year. 10C.

However we have spent an enjoyable afternoon chatting to my sister and BIL.who have just left.
Had a good catchup talking about grandchildren. Lovely to learn they are all doing well and what plans they have for the future. The eldest’s boyfriend works as a Sommelier for a small restaurant near Huddersfield. So me and sis have planned to visit for lunch next year.
( if we can find it as villages round Huddersfield aren’t easy to find!)

Hope you are all safe and warm as there are a lot of flood warnings out at the moment.
No sign of the rain giving up soon.
