Wee chick

We got a new chick from our latest batch...it doesnt seem quite right tho, taking ages to fluff up and eyes a bit droopy :( Has Winnie the pooh to keep it company as it's all by its lonesome.
Not sure if any others will hatch, 3 different batches of eggs all put in the incubator at different times as they have different incubation periods. Plus a temperamental incubator. But surely if one hatched the conditions were OK? The perils of chicken rearing!
