Start of a new chapter

Matt and Lucy sadly broke up a couple of months ago but had to stay in their flat until the lease finished.  Today, we drove to Manchester and helped him move to his new place that he'll be sharing with Ben. It's about a 5 minute drive around the ring road if the traffic's quiet but we didn't get home until 10.30 as he had several car loads and trudging them up and down stairs and lifts was exhausting.  Next time we'll hire a van!

I was really sad when I walked into his old place as Lucy had already moved out and it felt very empty. Fortunately, we managed to see Lucy as she had a few things left that we needed to drop off and her and Matt are still friends.  

I forgot to get a photo of Matt's new place as we were shattered by the end of the day but I'll get one next time we drop by.
