Paddling at Port A.

Today we went on a 4 hour drive South to Port Aransas on Mustang Island on the Texas coast where it meets the Gulf of Mexico.

Gordon has rented a house and a large SUV to take 5 of us, the 2 dogs and all we need for a 3 day holiday away from city life.

I have mentioned that Romulus wasn’t keen to go for a walk with me in the rain and this was his first experience of a beach so it wasn’t a great surprise that he wasn’t a huge fan of paddling in the sea. ! 

Here he is with our daughter in law - he did love digging in the sand so we will be spending more time on this lovely beach. Tomorrow we will explore.
