Boxing Day
We started the day with a yummy brunch cooked by our two sons-in-law. Farm shop sausages and fried plantain provided by one SIL and amazing perfectly cooked poached eggs from the other. No raggedy edges, perfectly shaped. What a treat.
My brother and his family came down from Nottingham for lunch - turkey, ham and stuffing pie and some delicious desserts made by my sis-in-law.
Lovely to see them.
Our youngest pair had to leave for home this evening but not before a final game of Skyjo.
They introduced us to it. A fun card game which we all enjoyed and played several times over the past few days.
And so the end of another Boxing Day.
Gorgeous grandson has kept us all well entertained and his baby sister has been smiley and content and very cute.
