Marr’s Guitars

H got me this for Christmas, it’s signed copy of a book by Johnny Marr, about his guitars ( the clue is in the title ). I’ve always loved the way he played guitar and built multi layers of guitars on songs.

The book has an entry for all 132 of his guitars, a story of where each one came from, what he wrote with it, when he used it live. For a guitar and Smiths nerd it is a brilliant read, accompanied by excellent photography.

I’m inspired to build my collection, I only need another 123z
