Not So

Went for the first run in a while after work. It was hot, sweaty and my performance belied the message on my magic laces. In fact I had to slow right down in the middle due to the beginnings of a stitch.

I'd best plan some more runs soon as the next 10k is approaching quickly.

Tonight was 3.12 miles in a rather slow 23:29.
