Yeay, Mrs IttH got over 10hrs of uninterrupted (non coughing) sleep and awoke feeling much better.
After a lazy start the blue sky and giant ball of fire were too tempting to ignore... Something clearly a lot of family groups also thought - so it was a sociable loop of Orton Scar this morning.
