Fresh Air

Had a late start today.  Yesterday was a fab day, and the company and the meal were really great.  We were gifted far too much, we have a very generous family.  First prizes for wrapping has to go to Cali and Emma, who make their gifts so beautiful that you don't really want to open them...... I have saved the paper, bags and ribbons from them though to use again.

This morning we had a massive clear up, it is amazing how chaotic the living can get when we are all there and opening all sorts of things.  

In the afternoon we had a wee walk down at Rouken Glen, the swan cygnets are getting big and beginning to lose their colour and turn white.  Had a lovely coffee and a chocolate brownie to share...... have had a surplus of sugar but we did enjoy it anyhow. 

And home to the yesterday's leftovers...... I have put them all on a tray and in the oven, and we will just delve in......
