This is a photo i took for the upcoming Coronation festival at Buckingham Palace. The drink was popular with all the Royals and was first found in the 1917 edition of Hugo Ensslin's book "Recipes for Mixed Drinks"

to make it at home

25ml Bomabay Sapphire
25ml Dubonnet Vermouth
Stir and serve with lots of ice in a rocks glass, then garnish with a lemon slice.
