Open all hours!

Usually on Christmas Day I attend my local parish church, but today I had a heavy head cold and my wife went on her own.  I decided to walk into the village and was surprised to see one shop open, it was the only business in the village that was open.  More surprisingly was that I saw two of three customers enter and leave.  Other than that the place was pretty much deserted.  Was this enough to make me take a photograph?
