Christmas lunch . . . Herdy style.

A quiet day with a short early afternoon walk from Elterwater to Chapel Stile and back.

Then an easy to cook main course (salmon) and non-cook pud followed by a mini bottle of Prosecco and tv. Tesco extra thick double cream isn’t as thick as it used to be. I’ll be going back to whipping my own.
