A Happy Christmas to all .....

...... and to all have the most special day whether you are a small group or large rather chaotic group as we used to be when my mum cooked Christmas dinner for 14 or 15.

No freezers or fridges and just a small four ring gas cooker with an oven that had barely an inch to spare when the turkey was squeezed in. Eventually some electric goods found their way into the kitchen and the best by far was the electric frying pan
which sis still uses as she prepares our festive feast.
