Looking brighter

A busy day but so enjoyable. Finished getting the house sorted this morning. At lunch off we went in the search for Mascarpone....the only thing I couldn't get yesterday. 
Whilst searching stopped for coffee and a scone and took my main blip. Don't be deceived by the blue sky it didn't last!! 
Picked up youngest and boyfriend and back to home. Dropped presents at friends and then my eldest arrived. We all spent an hour together. The girls have not spoken for 2.5 years ( complex situation) it went well. Eldest then off to her dad's. 
Evening spent eating and having a gingerbread decorating competition.  See extras. For anyone that knows my youngest the 'frog' that her and boyfriend did is the famous Spiko! 
(The Mascarpone was located late afternoon and so coffee and walnut cupcakes were made quickly as part of the food) 
Bed now exhausted but happy.
