The Gazweasel Times

Model cows

We regularly have cows in the park. They roam around in a very large fenced area which is entered via kissing gate style stiles. However, this year, the newest arrivals are too skinny, with long, long legs. They are also inquisitive. I guess that's only natural when you're new to the world. Subsequently, they have been stepping through the kissing gates with consummate ease. This has led the warden and his crew to modifying the kissing gates to include a cross piece higher up and a step. They now look like hybrid stiles...but it works.

This isn't one of the offenders (they were Fresians), rather, this is, of course, a Charolais calf. I think she's quite pretty...for a cow.
