Very, very wet

A friend and I walked along the river to Staveley, in the rain, walked into Wilf's, dripping with rain, drank coffee, left puddles under the chairs.
Walked back to the Eagle and Child, phoned Andy to pick us up, drank mulled wine, left puddles as above, but this time beside a roaring fire.  Went home to dry out.
