Btw, that's Mt Baker in the USA peeking above the top of the buildings. This shopping centre is only 1km from the border.
Plans for tonight are to roast a prime rib, a 5lb one. That means 25-30 minutes in a 500deg oven, and then turn the oven off. Completely off, and keep the door closed for 2 hours. A perfect prime rib every time.
I'll eat too much that's for sure, but what the hell, I'll just wear elasticated pants for a while.
