Discoveries

It would seem that today the planets aligned. Despite the forecast strong winds and rain arriving we somehow managed to sneak off the island for a wee Christmas escape.
Searching on the interwebs we found a website that allows you to search for dog walks around the country. Useful if you need to find somewhere to stop and you don't know the area.
So anyway, we found the John Muir Country Park near Dunbar. It seemed to be very popular with locals as there was a lot of other dogs and sniffs for Tess to discover.
While there we noticed quite a few odd cloud formations including the one to the right in today's Blip. Although it looks like the picture is blurry, it was actually like that... I don't remember seeing a blurry cloud before... odd.
Oh, and if we thought it was windy earlier that was nothing compared to later in the day. We decided not to go onto the beach as we would have been sand blasted.
Driving got ever more interesting as the journey continued,  but we arrived and now have beverages :-)
