‘A wonderful Christmas Eve Invitation’

My son and his partner invited us for a ‘wonderful’ Chrismas Eve treat today. 
After brunch (we’d already had breakfast) they took us to see ‘It's A Wonderful Life’. 
‘On Christmas Eve 1945, in Bedford Falls, New York, George Bailey contemplates suicide. The prayers of his family and friends reach Heaven, where guardian angel second class Clarence Odbody is assigned to save George in order to earn his wings…’
It's a film he remembers seeing on TV during his childhood, and has been a family favourite for years - but it's definitely different seeing it in the cinema!

We all all had tears in our eyes at the end!
