So…today I arrived at the train station some time after 9 o’clock and went out to where the train should arrive. There, I meet a couple of women, the younger asked if I was traveling with the train coming in 20 minutes, and yes I was. I promised to help her mother should the train change track.
The the train was delayed with 6 minutes, no big deal. But then, the train was so delayed they didn’t know when it would arrive. We had a man from customer service that told us to go inside in the warmth until they had some information about the train. We got inside, and since the woman in my company was going by another train from Stockholm, I asked a woman from customer service for help. The woman took another train and then we got the information that the train I was traveling with got cancelled, because the train had broken down.
I asked for help and got such good service, whith help to rebook my train ticket for a later train. He called customer service and they fixed it. I thanked him and wished him a Merry Christmas.
After a short while I realised my new ticket was booked for the 9th of January… I just, what? So, back to the customer service man and we laughed about it, and he helped me fix it again.
Finally it was time to go to the track again and when this train was delayed with 6 minutes I almost thought it would be a repetition with that one. Thankfully not and with some delays on the way, I finally arrived at mums place, 2 1/2 hours late and so hungry. :D
