Sign of the times

Phew! Another wild day! Very blustery and showery with it. Wouldn't like to be Santa tonight!

Daughter Two and I did some housework this morning while Daughter One and Mrs M went to church. Watched the final episode of 'Titanic' - not the film, but a six-DVD set all about the ship, the sinking, the investigative diving expeditions and the human stories. Quite amazing, and some of the investigations showed a different view on the reasons for the sinking. I bought this set from a charity shop, unused, for 99p - what a bargain. I won't watch it again, so Oxfam can have it back!

After lunch we went for a walk to clear the tubes. Not much evidence of wind damage until we came along Ardconnel Road and saw this sign.

We'll probably play a game this afternoon and maybe watch a film this evening, then off to bed to wait for Santa!
