Day 3 - The Squirrel-proof Feeder
Not. This was the sight that greeted me as I drew back the curtains this morning. I usually bring the food in at night, but forgot yesterday, with the boys being around.
A very breezy walk down for the bread this morning, and just in time to see a lady collect all that was left, bar a couple of rolls and petit baton.
JJ has just been out to tidy the outside table and chairs, which the wind has rearranged, even though they are under a big cover and battened down.
Our son's partner's dad has just been told by his doctor to stop driving. I'd have left that appointment until after Christmas because it's now thrown their Christmas dinner up in the air (not literally) as he lives about forty minutes away and brings his other daughter, who doesn't drive.
Salmon tonight, and I must remember to get the beef joint out of the freezer for tomorrow. I could make the Yorkshire pudding batter tonight, but probably won't.
Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas, whatever you're doing. xx
