Freestyle dancing

Today was the last class in this session of our Keep Dancing at the Macrobert arts centre ,Stirling and our numbers were down. Drastically. Summer has kicked in and other commitments have taken over.

Anyway, Chrissie, our dance artist had us doing some freestyle dancing. Now I must admit this is something I could really take to.

We have been told that Natasha Gilmour of Barrowland Ballet with be with us next term to do another intergenerational community dance project but next time there will be more emphasis on getting dancers in the 50+ age group.
