Flicker at the Feeder!

One of my favorite birds. Seldom comes to our feeder.

The snow is almost melted and the birds are all mighty hungry.  I added food to the main backyard feeder, the one in the back, and then put out two more for bluebirds.  Success! (Extra) Several bluebirds now visit when the pesky sparrows and bluebirds are away.  Today we also had woodpeckers, titmice, nuthatch, cardinals, and chicadees.

And, just FMI, neighbors J&N brought homemade pizzelles (vanilla)!  And neighbor DW made a humungous meal (extra):  roast chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green beans, rolls, apple pie. OMG was it all tasty! 
Plenty of leftovers too!  We really are blessed with wonderful caring neighbors.
