Finally got it made

a nice light fruit cake and it tastes really good. I don't think it will last long.
Only problem is I used all my self raising flour so will have to make my pastry with plain flour for my mince pies..

Got washing done and dried, so only got mince pies and a trifle to make tomorrow.
Had to go to the co-op for some baking apples which I had forgotten for the pork, can't have pork without apple sauce,

sorry I am a bit behind with comments but my cold is getting me down a bit. I couldn't talk this morning I had lost my voice. I will catch up later. I am still looking at your blips just not always commenting.
 Off to bed now
