In the ever changing plan that is Cmas day in this house, it seems the Not Children don't want lunch at their mother's and instead want to come here.

Which is very good news indeed, even if it does mean another rethink of the day itself.

I ducked out of Parkrun this morning, opting instead to spend the time in bed, followed by a whirlwind tidy up; washing away, kitchen cleared, piles of 'stuff' moved into one place and the door shut, empty decoration boxes into the garage etc. The house is still too cluttered for my liking but it's better than it was.

I even managed to get my wrapping done.

I need to get a long one in tomorrow.
