Father's day today and the kids looked after me really well. They made me breakfast in bed and and presented me with a variety of things they had made. Beth's card said it was the one day of the year that I was more important than her.

We went out after swimming to the Botanics then for pizza and a movie (NATM2) so a cool day. Which made up for Saturday where I was mostly hungover after a night out with Michael, Mark and James. Still not too old for indie clubs apparently. Or perhaps we are...
