Variation on a theme...

With a nod to yesterday's image here's this morning's version. Sparrows instead of collared doves. The rest of the day was full of parental taxi and (oh, the horror) last minute shopping in The Mall. 

The rest of what we can call the evening - even at four o"clock, because of eg darkness... will be spent feet up and awaiting the oncoming storm.

...a post on Mastodon made me laugh. Happy Adam's day, because of "men's rights"... whatever they are. If tomorrow is Christmas Eve, then today is Christmas Adam. He comes before Christmas Eve and is generally unsatisfying...
