Flax Flower

They are just starting to appear.  This afternoon was very, very humid and cloudy (the humidity is unusual for around here - hopefully it will rain soon).  I walked out to Waterfall Creek where there were speed boats everywhere - roaring their engines out on the water, thumping their boats back onto the surface of the water - this is it until the end of January!!  A place to be avoided!
