Christmas lights

Went to visit a friend in mount Gould hospital. She is a very lovely lady who at 91 walks with a walking frame. She carries treats with her to feed the dogs who walk along the front. Last week she decided to feed a squirrel and she turned back to see if the squirrel had eaten it but in the process fell. She was helped up by a young couple and she walked home! The following day her next door neighbour who was an intensive care doctor said it would be a good idea to be checked so it was off to ED. They discovered that she had broken the top of her femur. An operation to pin the bone and she is now in mount Gould waiting for an assessment of the house to prepare for her to go home. It will be after Christmas now! She reminds me of my mother who was very resilient and liked to do puzzles and read!

This house was opposite the bus stop. There seem to be far fewer lights this year at least externally!
