‘Coffee Flowers’

We stopped for a cup of coffee and a biscuit this afternoon, and look what appeared with our coffee! I've seen these before, of course, but thiese iare outstanding examples. 
I am not quite sure what they are, but my plant app thinks it's a fungus - perhaps a Polyporaceae or perhaps a Ganodermataceae - both of which are poisonous! 
But I'm not so sure!!!
