St Mary's

I used to pass this church regularly back in my working days. It was on a back route which I'd use in preference to the jammed up Torquay Road. These days a new road has teased the traffic and it's a much quicker journey. Passing this way today I stopped to take a shot or two.

Parts of the church are thought to date from the 14th century and I don't know if that includes these ruins to the side which I used to frame the church tower. The main part of the church is almost hidden but you might be able to make it out if you view the full res version.
