I should have been in Folkestone with old pals Vicki and Aaron but covid had other plans. Instead, Vicki and Aaron met up in a pub and then FaceTimed me. It was so lovely to catch up. We were all at Brighton Uni together from 1995-1999 and Aaron and I shared a house in our second year. I haven’t seen Aaron for over 10 years and Vicki lives in Sydney but she tries to get over every couple of years. We chatted like we’d never been apart and laughed our socks off about the antics we used to get up to.
Such a tonic to talk to these two very special people.
