Not weeping Birch

We have a few weeping birch trees but this morning the weeping branches were horizontal due to the wind. I had to go out early as I could see my neighbours bin had been blown out into the road and needed rescued. I pulled it upright again and back into the garden. Foloh could not believe that I was out there and had not noticed that one of our trees was down and over the road a bit further down. He noticed when he took our bin out! He quickly went out armed with a saw and the road was cleared.
