Taken today and the grey skies had improved a little. To the left of this photo it was still grey and St Bees Head (photographed and Blipped recently was just about visible. With this photo I missed the high tide, but there was enough force to generate waves and break on the groyne marker. I have seen waves break with more force but that was at high tide. After being here, being buffed by the wind and keeping hold of my tripod, I went to Workington end of the pier. Photos from here may appear in the future. Then a visit to Maryport with the idea of taking more photos, However, takeaway coffee and chips were needed and it was lunch time!
