Before sunrise

8:11 this morning. Spotted the rainbow coloured high clouds through the mass of low level ones.

As the year turns and the days lengthen I expect the pre sunrise photos will soon cease!

Car in the garage to check out a rattling sound this morning (they concluded that there’s nothing major wrong). Then visit to the physio, who agreed with my self diagnosis and only recommended one additional exercise for the treatment plan. A good massage and a session with his interferential machine also helped. All made for a lengthy lunch break from work though.
