A lazy day today as we recover from yesterday.  In the afternoon we meet up with Varnika at the surf bar where she’s busy painting a mural for the owners.  They’re extremely pleased with what she’s done.

But before that we sit on our balcony watching a small bird hunting for food in the garden. At one point it’s almost invisible.  See extras; the quality is not great as I had to use the digital zoom on the camera.  It appears to be a Pond Heron or Paddy Bird. Ornithologists will put me right.

Early evening Dan joins us at the surf bar for beers, burgers and chips courtesy of the management.  Not a bad way to end the day.
