It was choppy in the sea and windy so I chose not to swim. But to be by the sea for me keeps me calm and grounded.

Our last day in college; where we had 2 hours of Michael Foucault.

OMG was that interesting !

Is everything a social construct? To be compelled by what the status quo dictates.

Then we discussed Grief and the different cultural attitudes to death and the aftermath. From an Irish perspective, this is particularly interesting. I can’t expand here, it would take me too long.

Then because our tutor is well tuned in, we discussed Christmas and all that goes with it. I wish I could expand on our terrific class perspective - but you would be amazed at what kindness and compassion 18 years olds are capable of
